🚨 மன்னார் - யாழ்ப்பாணம் ஏ-32 பிரதான வீதியில் பள்ளமடு பகுதியில் தனியார் நிறுவனமொன்றின் சுமார் 20 ஊழியர்களை ஏற்றிச் சென்ற சிறிய அளவிலான பேருந்து (Toyota Coaster / Rosa வகை பேருந்து) இன்று (10/12/2026) வீதியை விட்டு விலகி கவிழ்ந்து விபத்துக்குள்ளானது. அதிவேகமாக ஓடும் போது பஸ் வீதியை விட்டு விலகி புதர்கள் நிறைந்த தாழ்வான பகுதியை நோக்கி உருண்டதுடன், பலமாக உருண்டதால் பஸ்ஸின் கண்ணாடி மற்றும் கதவு மூடிகள் அப்புறப்படுத்தப்பட்டன. இந்த விபத்தினால் அங்கு பயணித்த ஊழியர் ஒருவர் துரதிஷ்டவசமாக ஸ்தலத்திலேயே உயிரிழந்துள்ளதுடன் மேலும் நால்வர் படுகாயமடைந்து மன்னார் மாவட்ட பொது வைத்தியசாலையில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். பிரதேசவாசிகளும் பொலிஸாரும் இணைந்து காயமடைந்தவர்களை உடனடியாக வைத்தியசாலையில் அனுமதிப்பதற்கு நடவடிக்கை எடுத்ததுடன், பொலிஸார் விசாரணைகளை மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றனர். 🚨 A small sized bus (Toyota Coaster / Rosa type bus), which was carrying about 20 employees of a private company, ran off the road and overturned today (10/12/2026), causing a serious fatal accident at Pallamadu area on the Mannar - Jaffna A-32 main road. The bus veered off the road while running at high speed and rolled towards the low ground with bushes, and the glass and door covers of the bus were dislodged due to the strong roll. Due to the accident, one of the employees traveling there unfortunately died on the spot, while four others were seriously injured and admitted to the Mannar District General Hospital. The local residents and the police took steps to hospitalize the injured immediately, and police investigations are ongoing.
