🚨 திருமணமாகி சில மாதங்களே ஆன ஒரு இளம் தம்பதியர் இன்று (2026/10/09) காலை 7:00 மணியளவில் கம்பஹா - கிரிந்திவெல (202) பிரதான வீதியில் ஹெனேகம சந்திக்கு அருகில் இடம்பெற்ற வாகன விபத்தில் ஸ்தலத்திலேயே உயிரிழந்துள்ளனர். 26 வயதான கிஹான் யண்டில் ராஜபக்ச மற்றும் அவரது மனைவி 21 வயதான நடிசா தேஜா என்ற இளம் தம்பதியினரே துரதிஷ்டவசமாக உயிரிழந்துள்ளனர். இருவரும் காலை மோட்டார் சைக்கிளில் கம்பஹா நோக்கி தமது பணியிடத்திற்கு சென்று கொண்டிருந்த போது, கம்பஹாவிலிருந்து கிரிந்திவெல நோக்கி பயணித்த கிரிந்திவெல டிப்போவிற்கு சொந்தமான லங்காம பஸ்ஸுடன் மோதியதில் இவ்விபத்து இடம்பெற்றுள்ளது. மோதிய வேகத்தில் மோட்டார் சைக்கிள் தரையில் வீழ்ந்ததுடன், மோட்டார் சைக்கிளை ஓட்டி வந்த கிஹானின் தலையில் பஸ் சக்கரம் ஏறியதில் அவர் அணிந்திருந்த பாதுகாப்பு தலைக்கவசம் முற்றாக நசுங்கி இருவரும் சம்பவ இடத்திலேயே உயிரிழந்தனர். புது வாழ்வில் அபரிமிதமான நம்பிக்கையுடன் உழைக்கவிருந்த இந்த இளம் தம்பதியினரின் அகால மரணம் அப்பகுதியையே சோகத்தில் ஆழ்த்தியுள்ளது. சம்பவம் தொடர்பில் பொலிஸார் மேலதிக விசாரணைகளை மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றனர். 🚨 A young married couple who had been married for only a few months died on the spot in an extremely heartbreaking fatal car accident today (2026/10/09) at around 7:00 am near Henegama Junction on the Gampaha - Kirindiwela (202) main road. 26-year-old Gihan Yandil Rajapaksa and his wife, 21-year-old Nadisa Teja, a young couple, have unfortunately passed away. While the two were traveling towards Gampaha by motorcycle in the morning to their place of work, the accident took place when they collided with a Langama bus belonging to Kirindiwela Depot which was running from Gampaha towards Kirindiwela. Due to the force of the collision, the motorcycle fell to the ground, and due to the wheel of the bus running over the head of Gihan, who was riding the motorcycle, the safety helmet he was wearing was completely crushed and both of them died on the spot. The untimely death of this young couple, who were going to work with immense hopes in their new life, has plunged the entire area into deep grief. The police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
