An ambulance collided with a lorry, killing the driver of the ambulance
An ambulance belonging to the Meegalawa Hospital, which was carrying medicine and stationery from Kurunegala to the Meegalawa Hospital, collided with a lorry in the Kettapahuwa area of the Padeniya - Anuradhapura road. The other four passengers in the ambulance and the two passengers in the lorry were injured and admitted to Ambanpola and Galgamuwa hospitals.
