A person died when a car overturned on the Trincomalee-Horowpothana main road after the driver fell asleep.
At Nochchikulam area on the Trincomalee-Horowpothana main road, a car lost control after its driver fell asleep and ran off the road and overturned today (29) at 3 in the morning. A 29-year-old man who was traveling there lost his life in an accident that happened around 30. His wife, son and brother were seriously injured and admitted to the Mahadivulwewa Hospital and then transferred to the Trincomalee General Hospital for further treatment.
